Participants receive a simplified scenario with company background and performance challenges.

How to choose the right method
Activity: TNA Tools Matching Game
Participants are given cards with real-life TNA challenges and cards with tools.
Match which tool would best suit each situation.
Trainer facilitates a quick discussion after each match.
Module 4: Interpreting TNA Findings & Recommending Training
How to analyze data: Patterns, root causes, priorities
Turning findings into a training plan
Writing a simple TNA summary report
Activity: TNA Summary Exercise
Using the morning case study, each group prepares a brief “TNA findings and recommendation” on flip chart.
Share with class and get peer feedback (no presenting – trainer summarizes each team’s output).
